Returns/Warranty
Here at Bourbon Forged we create each product with pride and integrity. We stress excellent customer service with our team. It is not uncommon for us to touch base with you on your order to ensure we produce a product you will love for years to come.
-If you have an issue with your order due to incorrect measuring, wrong color, typos or wrong selection on the customers part there will be a charge for a replacement and shipping.
-We do our best to ensure we get your order correct but if the issue is due to our error and/or default workmanship we will cover the cost for the adjustment/repair to be made, and that includes shipping to and from.
-Due to the nature of custom work, we do not accept returns. These items are made one at a time based on the specification when ordering for each customer. We do however, ensure we will always reach an outcome that is fair to both parties, as seen above.
Warranty
Bourbon Forged products come with a limited craftsmanship warranty. We are not responsible for items that have been burnt, torn, broken, submerged, ripped or have loss of color (paint or dye) on leather due to mistreatment. We can do minor repairs to replaced worn out hardware and condition leather when in our shop. This is a charge and will need to be paid prior to sending the item to us. Items may only be returned for repair once you have spoken with a customer service representative and been issued an RMA (returned merchandise authorization) form sent to you. All Items returned without proper RMA identification will be returned to sender. The customer is responsible for delivering or shipping the item back to Bourbon Forged at their own cost.
